Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
Pour about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each pumpkin-shaped mold. Freeze for 5 minutes to set.
In a bowl, mix PBfit Pumpkin Spice, protein powder, almond flour, sweetener, and almond milk until a smooth filling forms.
Spoon the filling into the molds on top of the chocolate layer, then chill briefly.
Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to cover completely.
Chill until fully set, then remove from the molds.
