At Spready To Go, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our products. Due to the food and consumable nature of our products, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.
🔒 Return & Exchange Conditions
- Unopened Items Only: Returns or exchanges are strictly accepted ONLY if the product packaging/seal is completely unopened, undamaged, and in its original state.
- Opened Products: Once the seal or container has been opened, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances due to food safety and health regulations.
- Return Window: You must request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item upon delivery:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos/videos of the damaged item at spreadytogo1@gmail.com.
- We will replace the defective item or process a refund at no extra shipping cost to you.
🚚 Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to a customer preference (unopened item), the customer will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our end or a damaged product upon receipt, Spready To Go will cover all shipping fees.
